    Normally one of the cause of Orom is kana jud matulog bag-o pa human ka-on...I am a also into it maski di ko matulog dayon..Libog ko unsaon nako pag recover kay kuyaw man d i ni kay pwede ka matigok anytime. As in imong mind lang ang naghunahuna nga naglihok a pero wala d I but you won't for sure mapildi jud ka...Advice nako nimo TS since kadaghan nako kasulay ani nawala lang ni without my notice sa dihang nisulod ko og inom kay hagok na jud ang tulog after lantap pa sa dagat nga walay balod....Force your self lang jud nga mosukol ka kay di man ka kahibalo ana good kay tulog man ka imo lang huna2x ang gilinlang ana so pugos jud ka or ngita ka way nga makalihok ka din ayaw sa jud tulog og balik after ka makamata kay mobalik pod na siya inom sa ka tubig 1 glass din relax unya tulog balik...Ako worst kaayo jud permi kay mahadlok nako matulog balik but now I thank Him nga nawala na jud with His help....Hope you learn from it and have an idea...
