based on my experience... for years of working in BPO...
the worst company ever is EPERFORMAX JUD
WaMU account pa ko ato ha, so i dont know how theyve evolved but seriously... they suck!!
wala ko qualms sa ka cheapan sa training kay sau kaau ko nahuman... excelled in a sense but then..
because of the fact nga daghan nako experiences sa BPO, mka compare nako sa difference
OT here is the worst and FORCE OT!! adding insult to injury, OT TY PA JUD
contract states 48hrs a week!! thats like 8hrs for 6 days but since 5days ra OT TY daun resulta
sometimes they offer spot cash for OT but... DAGHAN WALA NABAYRAN!! meaning = OT TY NASAD
unpaid breaks!! you work 9hrs 30mins daily!! compared sa 9hrs sa TANAN since 2 15mins breaks are paid!
KISS-ASS ENVIRONMENT. worst ive seen by far!!
lousy HR!! i resigned and cleared but they lost my file and accused me of AWOL!! 6 months AFTER i cleared myself - AMAZING!!
definitely the worst!!

Xlibris guro kay naa ko bad experience diha..namatay akong papa, then ni ana ang HR to take bereavement leave. Mao to nag file ko..pag balik nako kay abandonment of work daw..AWOL pa..hala..walk out sa floor daun kay way kwenta..nag ask ko nga nag sign kug paper..ni ana ang HR kay wala daw na submit sa manager..nag ask ko manager kay e endorse pa daw sa TL. nag tulod tulod lang mga hunghang..ahak nang companyaha..BS kaayu
