2 b honest about it, i used to hv a steadfast desire to keep my faith strong, thinking of hardships and sacrifices as mere tools towards everlasting happiness.. but now with my kids, i can't help but feel that im losing my grip.. i know im not a saint, d rison why im beginning to question my point of view and ask myself if it's still worth it..

dili na sya malikayan brod...we faint, we feel weak and weary. That's normal coz we are mortal beings, but think of the things eternal.

Jesus promised to those who do to come unto him and he will give thee rest.

Matthew 11
28 Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.

29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.

30 For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.

What we need is the Spirit of God to fill us up coz the fight that we are fighting is something spiritual, not physical.

Its true, lisud kayo pag overcome especially if we set our eyes on the things of this world...ma shaken jud atong faith. But know brod, once you have the Spirit in you, nothing can moved your conviction and faith in God, it may sound unbelievable but its very, very true.

I almost became Agnostic before. I had lots of doubts about God and salvation and it took its toll on me. I also met a few people who were Agnostic and my curiousity intensified. I wanted to be like them. I didn't want to deal with faith, I just wanted to live. Thanks to my best buddy I was awakened before the unspeakable happened. It's really a blessing to have good people around.
