Dili angayan lalisan ang Cebu as one of the livable cities. Walay biases kay taga Cebu City ko but still ang Cebu ang best. I've been to that places being mentioned in the article, as for me best gyud ang akong yutang natawhan.

OT: this was dated July 29, 2013. Probably this is one of the reasons there are so many more migrants here including them tagalogs nowadays and the traffic situation has gone from worst to "indrivable" conditions.

I wish we could make another "survey" making cebu city the most horrible city to live in the philippines so people would stay away from it and us bisaya will be back to where we were, a great city!
