    MALACAÑANG claims the 2014 budget is “pork-less,” but on Thursday it said it saw nothing wrong in the realignment of the senators’ now- unconstitutional P200-million Priority Development Assistance Fund to their chosen beneficiaries.

    Presidential Communications Operations Office Secretary Sonny Coloma said the realignment was not violative of the Supreme Court ruling declaring the PDAF, also known as pork barrel funds, unconstitutional.

    “That re-alignment was an amendment to the General Appropriations Act submitted by the Executive,” Coloma said.

    Nothing has changed with our honorable senators and congressmen. I thought with the pending plunder case of Enrile, Estrada and Revilla they have already learned their lessons.
