I am glad to inspire other people who share the same problem in fighting
the bulge... It's also helping a friend in need online and most rewarding is
we help each other to live longer and healthier
I'm a bit sad today because it's been third day now I missed my gym time
Since that power Monday work out, I had bouts of my asthma, prolly I overdid
it and my body gave up... But I'm okay now, under strict house arrest pa ko lols.
My system misses the gym being that it's been four months I started out. Ani na
diay ang feeling noh once maanad na ka? Hehehe... Bad Lang coz they let me
stop my diet because I'm taking medicines pod. Prolly the emotional turmoil got
me, too. Pag 31 man gud, my Dad was rushed to the hospital, though he's out na,
he's still under observation graveh maka-stress...
Anyway, Dili Lang ta padaog sa bad vibes What's important is we are doing
something about our problems in terms of our health.
Stay healthy guys! We can do this Excited ko ika-15!

finally got rid of the 6 lbs i gained from the holidays took me 9 days of grueling workout and diet. from 176lbs im back to 170. still 20 lbs overweight. my ideal weight should be at 150lbs.
my workout consists of going to the gym at 1 pm. bike for 30 mins to warm my body up and another 30 min session of crossfit training. my calorie intake is around 1500 a day. which is still doable for me without depriving of myself on what i want to eat.
Wow! Nice thread! Pwede mo join? Hehehe I just started my detox last week followed by intense cardio. First two days nako kay jogging. Grabeng pamaol. I sprained my left ankle. Nawala raman sad pag second day sa jogging. Then, third day until ugma, nag Tae Bo ko. Di diay lalim ang Tae Bo sa? Kay nakog charbaki rani ilaha pero maayo kaayo si Billy Blanks ug huna-huna. Nindot kaayo iyang videos.
I'm aiming to lose my bulging tummy and love handles. Sakto raman akong lawas pero minus kaayo akong tiyan ug hawak. Di man sad dako pero maklaro kung di ko mohiyak. Hahaha
So every week, mag Tae Bo ko 5 times a week. I'm doing the Cardio Inferno workout. Whew!
