Regarding this Interview question: "Why aren't you applying in a call center?" or its variations

I really get pissed when interviewers ask such questions. Who else gets pissed off when asked such questions? Mainsulto ko.

Also, what do you think of the above question? Is that even a valid interview question?


Note: I applied in a call center last year, ironically. But it still doesn't make me less mad with the question.

i applied for a few companies sa una nga bahin content writing. content writing jud akong field.

although that was a long time back, the question stuck with me, nya last night, the same thing was asked over the phone. i told the interviewer to find someone else, then put the phone down. i got insulted. to think that i'm employed now nya gitubag to nako siya, it means something jud. nya ingana-on lang kog storya. please.
