Question:

unsaon pag configure sa IPv6 sa PLDT MyDSL kung naay possibility?

murag wala pa man mo provide ug IPv6 ang PLDT sa ilang DSL subscriber. ila mga CPE kay dili pa pud mga IPv6 capable.

@Animate, Pila imu speed karon boss sa Plan 1299? Unsa pud modem/router imu gamit?

@Ityan, muaverage siya ug 1.3-1.4mbs sir. Ang router ako gamit kato man hatag sa PLDT, white color. Ako nya to picturan nig abot nakos balay. Ako pud ipost ang results sa speed test.

sometimes, ila source kai mapuno. kana bitaw murag terminal for internet nila? So magdepende rasad na sa area. nakasuway ko ani before and they told me nga puno pa as of now ang ila terminal sa area but willing ba daw ko mubayad og extra fee for cable para adto sa laing nearest terminal ipataod ako...then i said no, but ni offer sila og once naai available nga terminal kai they will reserve it for me and they actually did.

I don't know why I'm paying 2,600+ for an internet connection of Plan 1999. The person I asked about this said that it will be just that amount, pero for 4 months 2,600+PHP ako mabayran taga buwan. Help me please? Unsaon ni pag reklamo? If they advertise this as High Speed plan 1999 and I'm paying 2600+ bullsh't every month, should it be considered false advertising?

brad knahanglan man jud naay phone line para magka DSL.. ipa downgrade nalang na imo connection to 999(3mbps) para 1600+ nalang imo byaran.. basta dili gani mulapas ug 3mbps imo download speed sa imo current plan aw drecho na pa downgrade, kita ray gi himong bogo aning pldt

Kayasa aning PLDT wui! batii kaau ug customer service weak kaau ug hinay.! nag apply ko for biz up to 11mbps nya krn akong ma gamit ky 4mbps ra almost 1 month na nya dugay kaau ug change IP address mka sapot jd kaau lagi ning PLDT!.
