same ra man.... cat5 japun for fast etherNetwork
minimum is cat5e cabling and cat5e connectors...
better if you use cat6 cables and connectors
and if you use patch panels.. they must be cat5e or cat6 grade..
basic distances and cable length remain practically the same.
also crimp the connectors more carefully.
and bro.. amd..
fast ethernet ISNT gigabit ethernet..
fast ethernet is 100mbps
mao ra gihapon na tanan bro ang GIGABIT lang ang naka lahi ani. and of course the equipments pod nga pang gamiton.
If you have GIGABIT router din mag kinahanglan ka ug 10/100/1000 nga switch din imong LAN card kanang capable siya ug GIGABIT.
same ra tanan except sa cable switches and the likes.... cat5e above ang mu support ug gigabit....
to maximize your gigabit connections, make sure that you use gigabit equipment.
CAT6 cables
gigabit switches and cards
according to ruling of networking
if u use backward compatible equipment you will not be able to use the full potential of your system
bro go for cat6 cables kay mas nindot performance sa gigabit network nimo if you use cat6 instead of cat5e
murag wapa may cat6 cables diri...
use cat5e, instead, theyre good enough
Naa na. 11k per roll.. last time i checked.Originally Posted by etgo
