    Vibram Five Fingers are only good for indoor sports or workout coz they don't last very long on rough terrain and hot pavement.

    Yes, they are very light and comfortable to the feet as long as it is your right size. Just be selective in buying this shoes

    coz they come in many variants; boat shoes, trainer shoes, runner shoes and lately their heavy duty running shoes which

    is very expensive.
