Need Help:Rooting/Flashing Custom ROMs on SGN2

Good day istoryans! Since maexpire naman jud ang warranty sa akong Note 2 this coming February, I'm already considering rooting my phone and start flashing custom roms to my liking..

Now here's the problem, this is my first android phone and I don't even know the basics on rooting and flashing custom roms.

Can someone help me? Please? XD

What is the safest way to root my Note 2?

Regarding the Custom ROMs, I want to (1)flash a custom rom that has good battery life..(2) retain multiwindow functionality and s-pen related apps..(3)stable..(4) based on android 4.4 as much as possible..(5) lots of very useful add-on features..

Boss. Refer to my thread sa buy and sell. I root and flash as a business.

Sa note 2 nai rom boss nga same na ug software sa note 3. So tanan features sa n3 naa sa n2 specially floating touch, etc.

Naai 4.4 roms sa n2 peru not that stable and gamai pag optimizations.
