neji is indeed great and has byakugan.. but sasuke's mengekyou (advance level of sharingan) is far more better than neji's byakugan.. and speed wise, sasuke is a lot faster compared to neji.. chakra wise, even without using the cursed seal sasuke will beat the hell out of neji.. skills, its obvious sasuke is on a big advantage (neji is older than sasuke but displays mediocre skills) c'mon.... ^_^ sasuke for the win!
