Naka work ko for 4 yrs as TECH . Kailangan ba jud sir inline ang previous nga experience para sa vacancies or pangitaan pa nila ug slot para mo fit sa qualification?

it doesnt exactly work that way.
heres how i understand the process,
when you apply, you submit your resume.
when the company receives your resume, they bank it as a record.
since your resume is now banked, you are now a POTENTIAL applicant of a yet-to-be-vacant relevant position.

when a vacancy comes up, they look up the pool of applications (applications only last for 6 months)
and if your credentials is there, then there is a chance.
but this doesnt mean you are shortlisted, you are just on the list.

my point, it is better to have a record that you intended to apply than not having one.

Mga master, any updates sa hiring? naa nay mga newly-hired na gasugod na dra? tawagan jpon bsag fail sa exam/interview? i was told 2nd week sa january daw mahibal-an, and it starts this day.. huuhaaayzzz...

sa ECE na walay license pwede ra ka mu apply no problem. advantage ang inline na experience pero kung mag start from scratch and need gyud mag hire ang company and wala na experienced makuha naa chance ma hire gihapon ka. mag training ra man na. sa karon pwede apply ECE para sa drafter IV position, maau naa experience sa autocad. nag refer ko isa ganina.
