Just went to PLDT ganiha ug i choose the Plan990 bundle kay mao paman ang ma afford... now my question is how will i do it para mawala ang "installation fee"? didto ko sa office nila ganiha ug i have to pay P1,100 for installation and P1,200 for a WiFi modem... is there a way to "SKIP" the installation fee?

agi ug agent bro yaw ng sa office kay pa bayron jud ka daun ug fee kng agent kay adto na bayad sa first bill nimo. look for this guy's thread @solderingiron - sa iya ra ko ni apply dre sa forum after 7 days man guro to ni adto daun pldt kay mag taud. no fees. pa snacka lang pra tarungon jud hehehe

Ako taud2 sad to bai pagreport nako. It took a week para ma resolved. Follow up lang nya

Thats the bad part; Customer needs to re-call them "several times" before something is done. I know they have other customers but surely they do have an ample manpower. They are PLDT, a huge company.

It would be understandable if a day or two but for a week or more before it is resolved? That ridiculous indeed.

I definitely agree with you. It's weird, they should have all the tools upgraded by now. It's 2013 for Pete's sake but I guess, they didn't mind on updating there ways of rectifying such issues that consumers encounter. If naa man gani sila sa mga tools, I guess ilang technical support mo'y naay problema especially how they structure their customer service.
