best set up for 15K unit

I am planning to put up a small internet cafe. My budget for each unit is 15k (monitor not included). My question is.

1. Is 15K already a good budget for each unit?
2. What specs is best for a 15K budget.

paspas ng 7770...maka max out na og dota 2 even at 1080p...good build...ang problema kung available pa mga parts

within your budget range

i recommend the amd a4-5300 set package which my store supplies to some net cafe in cebu or some piso net shops

second is a little over than 15k but still good for gaming needs of your net cafe customers is the amd a6-5400k set package which my stored supplied specially on the net cafe owned by the mayor's son (talisay city)

Both can run Nba 2k13, and recent games with ease
