    depende sa imo goal and type of trainor, naa mn gud na different levels and types of certifications... pra nako dapat mag agree mo duha sa imo mga routines, kay for example a bodybuilding trainor and can get you the same results with another trainor who uses different training principles, so if di ka ganahan mu gamit sa certain routine that your trainor advises, dli kaau ka motivated, they all have knowledge of getting and reaching your goals pero at a different way lang since they have principles and theories they believe and have trained in too depende sad sa background nila... never the less its always effective to have some1 guide and look over your routines and nutrition plan, pra nako a very observant and keen training partner will do not unless Hany Rambod or Mark Ripptoe trains me

    IMO, kinahanglan jud kag PT if wala pakay experience and if you don't google a lot. Atleast tanan nimo mga pangutana kay mapangutana ra dayon. why this, why that, etc. Mas sulit pud ang PT kung mangutana jud ka. Para atleast kabalo ka ngano kana ang gipa-execute, kung asa nga part ang maigo jud, unsa alternative nga execution, etc. Things like that. Personally, ganahan jud ta ko magpa-PT, pero murag mahal man guro na. wa koy exact idea how much ang cost monthly. So mo google nalang pud ko para atleast naa koy program nga mo fit sa ako. But sometimes tapulan pud ko mag-google labi na daghan kay sud akong huna2x. malimot ko unsa ako dapat i-search. hehe.

    Any gym trainers out there? post pud mo diri.

    But be careful in choosing a PT. There are a lot of self proclaimed PT's out there who doesn't even know how to squat or deadlift properly. This is one simple but effective indicator if your chosen PT is credible and knowledgeable.

    Depende rjd na ts. Kay you can hire the best in the world pero di tungod ni bayad ka mo nindot na imo lawas. Naa rjd na nimo kung mo work out jud ka... Hehe goodluck ts

    nndot mpaPT if naa na gyud experience ang Pt gyud then friendly sad. kasuway ko sa early stages of gymming, dghn ko kat.unan excercises sa ako PT sauna haha

    I have tried 10 sessions + 3 sessions + 10 sessions and + 30 sessions PT.

    I'd say yes they are effective. They'll teach you the proper lifting, proper positioning, proper posture and everything that youre doing, you think is right, is actually dangerous to you and your posture.

    I got a very strict trainor, so I get intimidated and really followed his instructions. Sometimes, it burns me out to see him with his strict face but hell, looking back and looking other people around the gym nga wa niagi ug trainor, mura ug ilabyog labyog ra ang barbel ug dumbels.

    Now, I dont have a PT, but the lessons I learned from him is worth the investment.

    Dont be afraid to try consulting with personal trainers, they are there for a reason. But if pangwartahan sad ka sa imong instructor ra, see to it nga naa kay makat-onan. ayaw padala anang buutan nga PT, meaning, wa na sila disiplina ug di na sila kabaw mutudlo. sometimes, you have to let go of your ego para makat-un ka.

    NOTE: Hilumon raman ko sa gym sa, then I dont really mind other people around me. But sometimes, it bothers me how other people are too show off lifting weights heavier than they can lift. Yes, your body depicts your capacity, and I can tell by estimating how much weights youre capable of lifting. And as a piece of advice, as much as we dont want to hurt your ego by not telling you, sometimes it bothers us to see you forcing yourself. Start with less weights and high repetitions first. in that case, di mi maugtas magtan-aw nga nag alsa mug bug-at. hehehe.

    When I signed up three months ago, I availed their promo for PT assistance of 20 sessions
    for a certain rate, though pricey but it was worth it. He assists me with my abs and weight
    training for an hour thrice a week and I lost weight with his help and encouragement.

    I can see a big difference having a PT or working out without one. I used to go to the gym
    without one and the motivation isn't there (for me Lang ha). I tend to slack and do cardio
    alone or just simply being there for the heck of it. In the end, I gained so much. Whereas
    now, with his coaching, I followed his advice religiously and seeing the progress I have
    made, it made me want to lose more.

    However, it's a partnership, I can't credit alone to the PT pod. I am also determined to lose
    all the extra baggage that I have gained for the past years. I am just lucky that I got the
    best PT in our gym, bahala stricto kaau but end up with great results because every month
    we always monitor any changes in my weight and measurements.

    That's why I'm going to renew his services after my 20th session because he's very good
