    Gym everyday (cardio, abs work out, weights and dance class)
    Daily diet (even cheat days, small amounts Lang)
    Drink lots of water

    unsaon di i pagpadaot? ako man ta gi career akong pagpaniwang mura wala man ni effect. what to do? Ni inom nakog mga slimming pills wala man sad effect. Hahah

    In addition, eat in small portions if you can't do away with the fatty stuff.
    However it helps more if you eat veggies, fruits and lean meat then lessen
    the sweet stuff and drink water more rather relying on carbonated drinks.

    yup what she said. eat less, burn more. the problem with people who want's to lose weight that by going to the gym they expect to lose weight instantly. unsaon pag pa niwang kung pag human lagi ug gym hab hab man dayon. hehehe

    Do cardio exercises. If you find jogging boring, enroll in zumba or aerobic classes. And of course, a balanced diet.

    permi ko mag zumba man gani...di lang ko ka jogging kay hubakon man ko gud.. dali ra kaayoko malipong...okay ra zumba kay sayaw2x rman nya murag naanad pud ko kaysa jogging.. Thank you..

    haha.. gamay man gud kaon, di man jud as in tambok ko dako nsad kog kaon. there are time gani na di ko mo kaon kay i feel full.. haha.. and your right ang uban na mo exercise ig human kay kaon ug maayo..
