This is more complex than I anticipated. You need to have the USB host driver on your tablet (which may not be available) in order for this setup to work. Originally Posted by harhar

EDIT: Just what I thought. In the video you posted, there is a device that connects your Micro USB-to-USB cable to the RJ-45 cable. That might be the NIC that has the led light lit up as soon as the cable was plugged.
