Default Help: Lost my Samsung S3 Mini, what to do?

Hello guys. I'm quite not sure if I'm in the right category.

Anyway, I am in need of help. The title says it all. I unfortunately lost my phone last Nov. 29, 2013 across USC-Main. The number is already unavailable. I have not installed any app nga maka track ug lost phones. I already went to NTC para ma-block ang phone, which will take 2-3 weeks pa daw for them to process. And just kanina lang, I went to NBI kay NTC said nga ang NBI daw ang mutrack. I went there but they said nga dili daw sila makatrack. Lisod na daw kaayo itrack and all, etc. I am left with no option na jud. I'm just being hopeful nga someone would help me here. Do you guys know of any method/ways nga maretrieve pa nako akong phone? It's been with me for 7 months rajud and I really value it kay it's something I asked from my parents in return for doing good at school. Sakit jud kaayo sa heart. </3

    Thank you.

Suwayi ni. Kita ko tood ani sa ako google account but never tried it kai wa pa mawa ako phone. Hehehe.

    Android users

Google recently updated its Android operating system to add a new feature called Android Device Manager, which helps Android smartphone owners find their lost or stolen smartphones and tablets. Android Device Manager is activated through the Google Settings app. The locator feature is enabled by default, and there is also an opt-in feature to allow you to remotely lock your device or erase the data.

To use the locator feature, visit Android Device Manager online and log in with your Google account. You will get a prompt asking for permission to allow Android Device Manager to use location data. Click on the "Accept" button to continue.

There are three options under Android Device Manager: 1) you can locate your phone on a map, along with the place it was last used; 2) you can choose to ring your device; and 3) you can force a factory rest, which will erase all your data, including apps, photos, music and settings. Once your device has been wiped, you will no longer be able to access it through Android Device Manager, so this is truly a last resort.

Mo-work rani kung gi-activate ni nimo ang phone with Android Device Manager. And dapat naka connect ug network. If gi-wipe na ang phone, sorry nalang pero wala na gyud na'y pag-asa.

It's the real world out there. Mawad-an gyud kag butang. Mag-rant rako slight ha. Last 2012, I lost my S2 the day after my birthday, gitutukan akong ulo ug pusil sa jeep. I'm not saying na, swerte ka nawala ra imong phone, wa ka tulisa.

What I'm stressing out here is mawala gyud ang mga butang, so better get over it. I know naa pa ka sa denial stage sa grieving, but it will turn out better.

    Sorry sa long post.

P.S. You're expected to do good in school IMHO. Just do good in school for your own future, and when you're done with school, you can get a decent job or start a business then you can buy all gadgets that you need/want.

Hello. Thank you sa pagtagad sa akong thread. Yes, I'm really lucky nga wala ko natulis or nahold-up or what. But mas nadepressed ko sa fact nga nawala akong phone not because gitulis ko but because nagtinanga ko. Hmm, I'm slowly moving on naman unta but there's still that little hope pajud left inside of me. I'm the kind nga optimistic man gud. Anyway, sentimental jud to sya kay I asked it from my parents after passing an exam para maka proceed to the next year level man gud. That's why it hurts jud. It's been 2 weeks already... Anyway, salamat Sir.
