Lahi lagi ang full safty gears para pang F1 or MotoGP ug sa safty gears sa ordinary pinoy rider nga naka underbone ra. Design gyud na ilang body armore bisag maglupad kapila pana mo balitok ilang body armore naa nay protection para spinal column dili ma unsa.
Ayaw intawn parihasa ang environment sa race track ug sa public roads. What im referring man gud sa ordinary kay kitang normal street riders. Normal ranang more crashes than birthdays labi na imong iduwa imong motor like sa tracks or trails. Naa gyud nag crash.

Kung imong pasabot kay: Ang knee/elbow guards ug gloves kay dili' kaayo maka-serve sa iyang purpose sa two-party accidents, I still disagree. It is still always better to have riding gears than not, regardless of the nature of accident.

Gloves
Gloves can reduce the risk of broken wrist or broken ulna (lower arm) because street riding gloves typically have the palm slider, which causes your palm to slide instead of catching traction.
