Normal / acceptable service lasted approximately two days. Daytime is very unstable now with frequent signal drops and evening speed plummets to 0.2 Mbps. I am paying 3,999 for the 10Mbps unlimited package. Customer support is terrible, they just say they will escalate to system admin, but nothing happens. This speed issue has been going on for weeks. The daytime instability has been going on for months!
Emailed the Operations Head about this saga and no direct response from him. I really wonder if Sky Broadband knows how poor the service is in Cebu. It really is shameful.... Can anybody recommend a dependable provider?

If mogamit nko non-stop due to my work of doing uploading and downloading basta mag 24 hours nko mabantayan nko nga mag putol2x na dayon. from my experience 24 hours nga gamit makita na everyday naa jud sila downtime.

agree jud ko ani bro. hasol kaayo especially kanang gamit kaayo ang internet sko work.
Using skybroadbank cable with the upgraded 3.0kbps. Ako lang advise? if naa mo complain, bring it to facebook. Post in skybb facebook masmakareply pa sila kay they will lose face. Sky BB is really unstable.
Musta ang connection sa Talisay area?
