On it's third year, the Cebu City Government, through the Cebu City Youth Development Commission (CCYDC) headed by its Chairman, Councilor Eduardo R. Rama Jr. and Office of the Mayor will once again hold the:

NATURE SHOTS 2007 3rd CEBU CITY INTER-BARANGAY NATURE SHOTS PHOTO CONTEST

Guidelines:

Open to all youths, M/F, 18-30 years of age and a resident of Cebu City

Participants shall secure a registration or entry from from the contest secretariat, office of Hon. Eduardo R. Rama Jr.

A copy of the voter's affidavit or residence certificate

Deadline for submission of registration forms is on July 31, 2007

Each participant is entitled to submit a maximum of three (3) entries, standard size entry of 5R, colored or B/W

All photographs must be taken within Cebu City from August 6-24, 2007 at the sites to be determined by the CCYDC Commissioners

Submitted entries shall become the property of the CCYDC

Opening of the Exhibit and Awarding will be held on September 14, 2007 a the UG/F of SM City between Odyssey and Natural Zone.

With re: to your query, I think it's just Nature Shots taken in pre-determined designated parts of the city.

But that's a good idea. There should be a "Cityscape" category to showcase the growth of Cebu, the modern architecture and the evolving city :mrgreen:
