if mag root ug phone nga naka lock sa carrier (Globe, Smart, etc), automatic na ma unlock?
naa ko Samsung Galaxy S Duos nga sim-locked ang 2 slots. ganahan ta nako butang ug Sun ang slot 2.

no. its hardware locked. the phone features is locked to a specific telco and the only one that can do that is the telco where it is locked. just think of it as a computer with a phone beside it.

rooting is simply putting your credentials to admin (like from standard user to admin user in windows). Unlocking sim restriction is a different thing so to sum it up, "No".![]()
