    in fairness to sky, buyag paspas na amo connection kung adlawan.. mag putol2x inig gabii pero at least di na pareha sauna. i hope consistent nani.

    musta ang feedback ani maau ba? naa man sila offer 10mbps pero naay bandwidth gap.... naa silay unli upto 1.5mbps.. maau ba kaha ni. karon ni offer sila ug 15 days trial daw.

    Worst service ever. Not close to expected preferred download/upload speed! Laging na cu-cutoff yung kapag umuulan (kahit ambon ambon lang! Also, intermittent disconnection as well!) Bwiset!

    I had the SkyBroadband 2 Mbps plan last May 2010, things went alright for the last 5 months. Thats just the beginning. Then I saw the annoying commercials that interrupt the channels during commercials, showing that their is a 5 Mbps plan, but didn't know that there is a 15GB data cap (that pisses me off since I am a heavy user!). Then here comes the WTF moment. Whenever my data cap was all used up, I called SkyCable in a kind manner. I asked them WTF is the problem, and they said my data cap has been fully consumed. And they will charge for 1000 PESOS? WTF to the MAX! Now this is a reason not to get SkyBroadband as your crappy ISP.

    Secondly, when I was away for like a week or so, when I came back, I was shocked! No Internet! And get this, it lasted for a week! I kept on calling SkyCable for gazillions of times, sometimes only 1 hour on the phone waiting for an agent to connect me, and I told many agents to dispatch their service crew here, and they NEVER CAME. How sarcastic it is for them to put in their service vehicles, "SKYCABLE, FASTER SERVICE." Total BS! I had this problem persisting in my modem for 3 damn long years till I decided that I should go for PLDT because it was cheaper, and yes, unlimited Internet, hell yeah! (To be specific, I got the XPERINCE PLAN 990, also I'm paying P220 for the Internet service individually, because this includes landline, but I have the landline before).

    This was my longest rant yet, but really, do not trust SKYCRAPABLE, because it is deceiving in nature. DO NOT GIVE IN PLEASE. I beg you, or else, you will end up like me, an unhappy customer. (Well not anymore haha!)
