Mao ni ang explanation why wala gidawat sa BIR ang gisubmit ni PacMan which goes back to the question, why would PacMan's camp hesitant to submit to the BIR an actual copy of the tax return from the IRS? He's not the only one doing this, there are a lot taxpayers out there who earns in the US yet complies to BIR's request.

His accountants and lawyers should have prepared the supporting documents in any case of internal review audit.

Or was the warrant of distraint issued overnight?

2 years was already enough for Pacman to produce the documents sought by the BIR I think that's enough time already if Government has freeze his accounts then the blame rest squarely w/Pacman his Lawyers&accountants for non compliance........He has to settle his tax obligations w/ther BIR&not in Media............
