yup what she said. eat less, burn more. the problem with people who want's to lose weight that by going to the gym they expect to lose weight instantly. unsaon pag pa niwang kung pag human lagi ug gym hab hab man dayon. hehehe
Do cardio exercises. If you find jogging boring, enroll in zumba or aerobic classes. And of course, a balanced diet.
