    e try ang appeton pero dont forget also to ingest solid foods!!! calorie surplus gyud! kaon daghan!!!

    naka suway ko ani pero wala man epek. kung paspas imong metabolism then u have to eat a lot. try going the gym. Eat before and after work out. Drink just milk before u sleep. Eggs are helpful too. I was so thin before. I was only 55 kgs when I arrived here in Cebu but now, i'm more than 80 kgs sad to say, i'm fat already! i need to exercise na jud

    sayang lang ang 800 petot mo sir. di man effective. I tried before pero mas effective and whey protein + gym. Eat and rest well lang para bibo!
