Build the subscription form on the main page. So it takes emails. Like the sample websites.
Then build the store with different socks using a stock photos. Client is requesting to use this

This is the tricky part – The store needs to accept bitcoin payments only. You can use something like this

The pricing must include the USD price and updating Bitcoin conversion prices. I believe you can use

https://www.mtgox.com/ they both probably have widgets or snippets of code to include for updating prices dynamically as the value of bitcoins change every day.
Start with general design so we can show the client if there needs to be any adjustments early on.
You can also use
angular.js to help with coding dynamically or templates. To make a quick database you can use
parse, this should help to cute the back end coding out of the equation. Both angular and parse are good to know for future projects as the customer may want to do maintenance themselves. Keep in mind also that they may request to have it mobile optimized as well. <<<----
This project is good for 7 days/ 8 hours per day.. And you will be paid 150/hour..
