well, it was supposed to cater to the Ilonggo taste(specifically people from Bacolod), pero so far they are disappointing to say the least..dugay kaayo ma serve ang food and mura common kaayo ila taste, nothing really distinct..

in ilo2x when u say inasal it involves chicken. i have tried it pero wa jud lami. mas ok pa ang mga nga naa ra dri cebu

try mo Jo's chicken and compare..i dunno but when I was in Bacolod naa jud distinct taste ila chicken...with their unique chicken oil...yummmmmmmm...
