This is a global company with diversified industry, it has its own call center division but its not the same as the typical BPO outsourcing business where they bind and drain you with stressfull quotas and sacrifice your health. Clearly, their core industry is not providing outsourcing services from other companies.
The opportunity you have here will be unlimited. The only limit is your imagination and attitude.
As to shifting schedule, you can choose freely what shift you want since it has mutiple shift schedules (flexible), so you can pull another part-time job or other freelance works if you want.
