D-Day +6 but Government's relief effort clearly demonstrates how incompetent and fool these people are. Everything they have said to the media is either pure lies or just trying to fool everyone. I know they are smarter than we are, but we are not as dumb as they think. These are excerpts of Mar Roxas and Dinky soliman interview with various media outlet..

In a phone patch interview this morning by ABSC-CBN to DSWD chairman Dinky Soliman, she said that they have distributed 60,000 relief packs in Tacloban since day 2, but such claimed was refuted by ABS-CBN field report Atom Araulo who is in Tacloban since Day 1. Mr Araulo said he hasn't seen any relief distribution in Tacloban, nor the presence of DSWD personnel in Talcoban City or in the airport assisting the evacuees.
