    Default Skinny body


    I have a very skinny body and for this I tired different solutions including gym. I want to transform my whole look to a new fit person. Need some suitable solution by which I can achieve this task.

    Lift heavy, and eat more than your recommended caloric intake.

    Ako boss paspas sad kog metabolism. Not until gi train kos akong amigo. Karon ni dako2x na jud tawn ko. All you need to do is lift heavy, do compound lifts. And most important, EAT EAT EAT.

    For a start try taking in at least 3,000 calories. If walay resulta, try bumping it to 3,500 calories. Sharo di ka muburot. Kung maglisud kag hit ug 3k, supplement with a mass gainer.

    Ako the other way around ko. I need to improve my metabolism kay nitambok jud ko. Before daot sad ko then nag gym na start nag ka unoran. Pag undang nako then work ug BPO na overweight na noon ko. (

    Kana boss, basta lapas lang jud ka pirmi ug calories. Kuhaa ideal caloric intake, naay mga online calculators na kailangan ra sa imong height and weight, nya dapat surplus ka ana.     Agree ko sa alsa ug bug-at, then take supplements to gain mass. You'll notice that the more heavier you lift, the hungrier you get =)

    kanih sakto kaayu ka sir... sometimes weirdo kaayu huna-hunaon nga mag sigeg compute sa food intake but worth it man sad if naa gyud kay goal...
