Its so funny to see how the Filipino communities are so divided even in the face of calamity. There are those who are all-supportive without any complaints. There are also those who are all-complaint without any support at all. And those who fall in between.

Focus on the victims and not on the lapses and inadequacy of the government or any agency involved.

I have already sent my help. If we're just "meh" with what is happening and not demand changes, it will still be the same if another calamity will hit. Mind you, Pnoy have already said that the government is "ready" for the storm but look what happened? Where were the 32 C-130s 2-3 days after the storm? Ka dakong kauwaw nga taga CNN pa ang nag sulti sa tinuod nga wala tabang ni abot 5 days after sa calamity while our president is yapping nga "ok na. taken cared of tanan sa Tacloban."

President Benigno Aquino III on Thursday assured the public of the government’s readiness to face supertyphoon “Yolanda” which will directly hit Samar and Leyte at midnight.

So, they are expecting Samar and Leyte to get hit by the storm. Okay, READY na sila. Nag anticipate na gud sila asa igo ang bagyo.

Aquino said in a televised speech that the country’s C130 aircrafts are fully mission capable to respond to those in need, adding that 32 airplanes and helicopters from the Air Force are on standby together with the Philippine Navy’s 20 ships which are positioned in Cebu, Bicol, Cavite and Zamboanga.

Okay, that's good. Naa tay mga C130 nga "fully mission capable" ug 32 ka mga airplanes ug helecopters, very good.

He said that relief goods are also pre-positioned in many of the areas expected to be affected by the supertyphoon.

Pre-positioned relief goods.. Take note PRE-POSITIONED in areas expected to be affected.. Meaning, naa nay ready nga ipang tabang sa mga biktima.

Karon, ngano 6 days later, so many media coverage, so many people asking for food and water nga makita sa TV, so many statements from the government nga prepared na sila. Just what the phuck happened? Mas mauna pa ang mga US Marines pag lihok sud sa Tacloban?
