unsa diet best for losing A lot of weight?
Some basic step are.
- Control your diet and avoid junk food.
- Sleep Well.
and last most imporant thing is a proper daily exercise plan. Remember weight loss is a matter of determination because initially it seems quite difficult but once achieved you will be in ease and your life will be more enjoyable.

no need any suplement for that...the best and safe way is to work hard...work.out very hard,lesser the food u eat...no pain no gain....
Mine:
- No breakfast
- Drink plenty of water b4 mokaon
- 4~7 spoons of rice sa lunch and dinner
- Just drink water and avoid colas/sweet drinks
exercise daily
eat more protein
stop eating junk food, fastfood
eat less carbo
stop drinking sugary drinks
no diet nani akoa ron.. for now.. heheh next year na lang after xmas ug new year ug bday.. heheh
