To all Leyteños and Samarnons:

I talked to Gen. Deveraturda of Philippine Air Force on the phone and was informed that if you are not able to board the C130 to get out of Tacloban, there's a naval ship docked in the Tacloban Pier shuttling to/from Cebu. He advised not to go to Tacloban as you might be just another victim since the area is not stable yet.

Please pass to your friends esp to those who are hoping to get out of the place.

7 dead in Tacloban..are the figures given out by NDRRMC correct or maybe hiding the actual figures??

priorities are to get the communication and the govt to function... currently its anarchy in there... martial law will be hopefully be declared to curb lawlesness

haha..got ur humor. but im just still skeptical as to this possibility. though im pretty sure they can't create a super typhoon from scratch but in someway a weather modification could be done. further reading mode..
