Updates for baybay leyte,

-Sun and smart communication is online and operational.
-Baybay waters is now clean except for the one that is from visca uni. Ky ni water putol daw ang tubo.
- baybay port is open pero gagmay ra na boats, pwede adto mka agi ang relief goods going to ormoc. Naa nay barko ni dunggo daw gabie pero not the big ones don't know what kind of boat.
- ang mga taw wala ra ga pabic2 parehas sa tacloban.
- no reported casualties
- gas are distributed in a ration kind of way, motor bikes up to 200 php only and cars up to 500 pesos only
- so far no reported casualties, hopefully none.
- not much damages only some houses whose roof are dettached
- roads to ormoc are accessible by motor bike only since yesterday.
- there are available foods to buy but the problem is banks are still not operational so no atms and people cant get money.
- church is offering a free charging of phones during evenings don't know which church it should be the one near pangasugan, visca.
- police are on active duty so I assume crime is less

So far thats what I got from my family there.
