^ there is a possibility nga naa ang china ana bro. from my understanding HAARP stands for High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program. its an ongoing research, meaning they do rough tests. maybe you mean ang katong mismo nga weapon or katong array.

my thoughts on this is,

there are some interesting facts on alot of invetions of nikola tesla including alternating current,wireless stuff,electricity, etc.. and not to mention the modern version of what conspiracy theorists claim is a weather machine/ earthquake machine, the HAARP. HAARP's roots can be traced through the works of tesla. i have read some info's on the internet about some scientists "recreating" tesla's documents similar to da vinci's proposed inventions which have not been made.

i never said i believed it but im totally not limiting my thoughts to the possibility of it.
