Can someone check the timelapse on the latest satellite view on this map?

I'm doing this on my phone so I can't see it, but some people are saying it might veer closer to Cebu City than originally predicted.

When Cebu City was hit by RUPING way back 1991, It devastated the city so much that THERE WAS NO ELECTRICITY FOR 1 MONTH. ALL TABLOIDS and NEWSPAPERS IN MANILA PUBLISHED that CEBU WAS ERASED FROM THE PHILIPPINES MAP.

This was the time of the bands of Cebu (Local Grounds) gathered together, and this is one of the tribute song when CEBU WAS on the it's knees...

I would like to share back the memories of this tribute song when Cebu had fallen from that Super Storm way back then.
