The effects of wind force depends on the shape of the structure, it's location, and the surroundings. If naa siya sa urban center, madecipate na sa neighboring buildings reducing it's effect sa structure itself so wala gyuy direct hit. Careful lang guro sa windows.

@bat, i'm basing actual hourly coordinates from pag-asa equipment in hinatuan. northern tip of cebu as passage is just a forecast and its coordinates is approx 12°N, 124.x°E. 12.x°N is high enough to miss cebu city which is approx 10.x°N.
