Responsibilities
Ø Above average to excellent communication skills
Ø Excellent probing skills
Ø Excellent technical skills and a quick learner who is very analytical in orientation
Ø Above average to excellent navigation skills
Ø Excellent customer service skill (i.e. rapport building, pacing, tone of voice, call flow)
Ø Experience in a technical support account preferred but no required

Requirements
Ø Applicants must be willing to work in Exportbank Plaza, Makati City.
Ø Fresh graduates, Undergraduates, entry level applicants are encourage to apply.
