yes. last time i checked, walk-ins on thurs and friday only. very nice company especially for sales people. i'd like to work here again in the future.

Naay ga work as Sales Rep sa Xlibris dire? (kung nana nag post, pacensya, taas na kaayo ang thread). Share mo info sa work environment ninyo sa sales. Mo apply ko by end of the year. Selling over the phone is not a problem for me. Ganahan lang sad ta ko makabaw kung:

-pila ang % sa commission per sale (giresearch na nako ang products..boy scout ) If worth it ba jud
-pila ang quota ninyo kasagaran (para maandaman)

Yes. Sales rep ko for 2 years na. And yes, the grass here is way much greener than all the other companies I have worked for. Makatabang gyud ka sa imong family ug makapundar ka mga gamit. Even house or awto, hinay2x. Pero dapat dili ka dali ma disappoint or madiscourage because selling here is di sad gyud lalim. Okay kaau ang benefits kay pang family jud. Walay work on Christmas, Holy Week, New Year ug Kalag2 so makaapil gyud ka sa mga family gatherings. Weekends off so makaspend kag time with family again. If you want to save up, I could say nindot jud ni diri. Well, the management, they are not perfect. Pero I can see that they are trying their best. They always want to hear from us so makatabang sila sa among stress sa trabaho and to make our working environment better amidst the stress due to our targets. Magkadagko ang targets magkadugay. But that only means nagkamaayo naman sad ka. And if dako ka halin, dako sad ka commission. Mas happy ka.
