Default HELP on Ethernet use of Macbook Air!!

Hi, I am a new user of 13” Macbook Air (2013). when I receive it , I am too impatient to wait to use it. But I am disappointed to find that it does not have an Ethernet port and only with 2 USB 3 ports. My dorms only have Ethernet, so I’m considering buying a USB to Ethernet adapter.

Right a few days before, I happened to see an innovative product like followings while searching on
Amazon. Amazon.com: UNITEK USB3.0 3 ports HUB with 1 RJ45 10/100/1000 Gigabit Ethernet LAN Wired Network Adapter with LED indicator for Notebooks, Ultrabooks and tablets with USB ports, USB bus powered: Cell Phones & Accessories

It’s a 3-port USB 3 bus powered hub with an extra gigabit Ethernet port.I am much impressed by its unique design and attractive cost.should i choose it as the way to solve my problem? or I hope any more advice given by professionals.
