I just got an ipad 3 with 3G+wifi, i can install a sim card here

i haven't used 3g before
which is the best most affordable 3G service in cebu?

anyone who has tried before? id like to know your opinions before i buy tomorrow.

Try Globe Prepaid for mobile I used it in my galaxy note 10.1 and it was reliable during the times that I used it. Anyways I'm just using it if I'm out of town, not of everyday use.
