Mga boss, OT lang ko gamay. Na absent ko yesterday and today kay gihilantan ko, combo pa gyud ug asthma ug sip-on, and labad ulo after the earthquake and constant aftershocks. I already let my trainer know nga dili ko mutunga because of it and nisugot ra siya, but he told me to make sure I have a medical certificate and a fit to work clearance from the clinic when I come back.

Ang problema, trainee pa tawn ko so wala ko HMO benefits, wala ko kahibalo asa magpamedical consultation ug mangahoy ug medical certificate. I can visit my doctor (pedia nako hahaha) tomorrow but am not sure if modawat ba sila ug med cert gikan pedia nako, or if it needs to be from an accredited medical services partner (e.g. Prime Care, LH Prime, CHSI Mandaue, etc). Unta naa'y makatubag ani. Salamat kaayo mga brad

In other news, murag back to regular operations naman tanan sites karon? From Cebu 1-3, though dress down for the rest of the week.

SA akong nasabtan, kay sa among orientation ganina kay wala man sila nagmention og specific na hospital or a medical institution as long as you can present a medical certificate when you return to work.. You might as well ask your trainor about it..

ACtually brad this morning, their call woke me up asking me if i received their text last night. Nah wala jud ko kareceive sa ilang text. na wrong send guro to ang HR.. May gani nanawag sila nako to confirm.. late gud ko og mga 2 hours kay biyahe pa ko from province..may gani consider ra pd ang Hr og naka.abot sa online payroll enrollment and picture taking.. Praise the Lord..

guys ask lang koh bah about clearance and last pay...na accomplish na nako tanan requirements and na permahan na pud....kadto time para exit interview ni ingon ang guard na naay meeting ang mo interview so siya nalang daw collect sa requrements....ana xa mana na daw and maghuwat nalang ug tawag or text...its almost 2 weeks pero wla ghapon koi nadawat na tawag or text....usually pila diay na ka days before sila mo confirm?
