Anyone know if Stream is able to outsource solutions for areas such as payments, automation and logistics, communications , military, and software tools?

A friend had an existing company in Switzerland and he plans to outsource the responsibilities. The company maintains a bank software. They keep on revising, meeting the client's needs, or in short they want the software to be user-friendly.

The company in an glance:

1.Has experience in account management and payment service.
a.Different and distributed data bases with DB-API.
b.Practical unlimited scalability for transaction and data.
c.Multi-tear architecture.
d.Many supporting services for business programmers.
e.Linux, cheapest hardware.

2. Experience in this technologies.
a.PL-SQL, Oracle
b.Java/Eclipse
b.Data-model ABS
c.DSL(Domain Specific Language)


The company doesn't develop the banking part but the infrastructure. They preferably want someone who had knowledge with mobile apps also.

I have more detailed info about the company's plans but I just want to ask if Stream is able to cater services like this.Thanks.
