the benefits is good but it depends on what position you are holding

there are a lot better companies in that level that offers a better package such as glaxo, nestle, shell, caltex, etc.

that depends on what position she is in. if it is only for training or just a temporary assignment, believe me, it is not worth it but a good experience though. but if your cousin was permanently relocated to Australia or Canada or the U.S. then that is a different story.Originally Posted by r0mm3L
just like what lexmark, timex etc. are doing. they send people abroad for further training, but that's it, otherwise it will defeat the purpose of why they outsource.
