that depends on what position she is in. if it is only for training or just a temporary assignment, believe me, it is not worth it but a good experience though. but if your cousin was permanently relocated to Australia or Canada or the U.S. then that is a different story.

just like what lexmark, timex etc. are doing. they send people abroad for further training, but that's it, otherwise it will defeat the purpose of why they outsource.
