Kaning ECT ba, murag akong feel... wala may gamit. Dili man recognized.

I'm a licensed ECE. I also had the option to take ECT same time with the ECE but I decided not to continue kay hadlok ko ato na time basin ma-distracted ko and end up failing both. So ECE nalang ako gipadayon.

After I passed the board , I immediately looked for jobs abroad (different countries) online and realized there are tons of jobs that prefer technician rather than engineer. Believe me, perte nako mahay why I didn't continue taking the ECT exam.

But in many industrialized countries, very in demand ang technicians because they are the ones behind making things run.

In fact, for jobs involving technical know-how, mas humot ang technicians kay ang system of education sa kasagaran, mas exposed man sa hands-on ang mga nag skwela ug vocational. Then if graduate of engineering ka, they see you as more into theoretical so adto ka mabutang sa mga research, design, planning, management, etc.

Bottom line: more office work for engineers, which is obviously boring para nato mga engineers ...more exciting hands-on and outdoor jobs para technicians.

So ayaw mo kaguol ana inyong pagka ECT, gipaningkamutan gud na nnyo ug take. Gamita na to your advantage.

    Hope this helps =)
