    okey here it is; og mag cardio ka ana adlawa, daghana lang imo carbohydrates kay fuel ma pud na para dili ka dali kapuyon, pero during sa time nga dili ka mag cardio, i lesseng lang pud imo carb. 2 cups of rice is ok for me per meal, og wala ka cardio.

    one year na ko nag work out, pero ang ako dili man gud pa dako, kay weight man ako gi apas, karun 70kilios na ko and imaintaining that weight, ang ako muscles naa na mga cut, nya murag less than 10% na lang ako fat.

    so og gusto jud ka dili lang kaayo dako nga lawas pero naa cut, ang weight imo bantayan kay magka bug-at magka dako and vice versa, so tan awa lang ang recommended weight sa imo height, mo cut ra na imo muscles og magpadayon ka og lift og weights :mrgreen:

    ok, so kay 3 times a week man ko mag weights after mag cardio nalang ko for like 20 mins...and also, unsay mas nindot 2 muscles or 1 muscle lang ang ako i train everytime mag gym ko?

    murag tan-aw nako 2 - 3 hours ra ka mag workout per session 3 times a week,
    so para ma complete nimo ang tanan body part in one week, i suggest 2 body part per session
    chest, arms, legs, back og shoulder, mao man na mga major body part
    so tira lang ka 2 body part per session,
    ang ako gi gamit drop set man gud ko, kana ba first 4 set magka bug-at nya after sa kinabug atan, padung na pud gaan, so mo abot na 7 set tanan

    ah,,,ang ako sad kay 2 muscles ako, sometimes kung unsa ako ganahan i workout mao ra sad ako buhaton,,,but usually naa jud ko routine...tag 3-4 sets ra man ko nya 3 exercises each kada muscle nya after lain muscle nasad. nya 1-1 1/2 hrs ako workout. kay gabii na man ko maka workout gud, di ko gnahan og ma uli na og late,,and also nag take diay sad ko og whey protein, tag 1 scoop lang sad.

    ako kay jog in the morning, for 1 hour jog in the afternoon for 1 hour

    do set-ups 100x in the morning 100x in the afternoon

    push-up 15x in the morning 15x in the afternoon

    at least every day nah, gawas sa jogging murag 3x a week ra,

    so far na mainten lang nako akong weight then medyo ni gamay2x akong tummy, nag lisod jud ko adjust sa akong diet labi na sa carbohydrates, plus mo inom sad panagsa, but the good thing is, deli na ka ayo ko dali kapoyon.... unlike before dali ra ko ma hangos...

    naka kita ko article about ani and ang gi ingon did2, proper diet lang daw, im in a dilemma into losing weight and gaining muscles, or should i say maintain my weight while i gain muscles. di ko gnahan gud nga mo dako ko og maau nga dili ma wagtang ang fats. and sa abs sad, it doesnt matter daw how many situps you perform in order to obtain that sixpack. and it doesnt mean daw that eating less can lose weight(nabasahan lang nako).
