ahh... my take.

Whats next if abolished?
Where will be the money diverted to?
Does this mean more money will be directly controlled by the "government" instead of some good charity groups affected?
What will become of the good charitable foundations that is affected when PDAF is gone?
Will someone here use the exact name of the law like PDAF, stop making aliases to it?
How can we be assured/guaranteed the flawlessness of the replacement law for the former?


Every laws are made with good intent, its the people who made ways how to manipulate the law. In the IT world we call it simply as "BUG", and how we deal with it? we don't kill the program, instead we refine/correct it.

So, in short, pirma pirma lang unya wala pay concrete nga padulngan ang pirma? This makes me laugh.

That is why there are on going drafts,plans,proposed alternatives na gipangbuhat after ma abolish ang pork. It takes time and a lot of experts.
