However, all of them fail as it didn't reflect on what they put into their respective resumes. It was very frustrating to think that they put things this way even if they don't know what they are doing on this field of work. What's your input about these?
Mind you asking how much is your offer. Do you like to outsourced it with us?

Na-curious lang ko because as you said, tedious ang scope sa work, yet it seems those who applied don't have the knowledge and experience.. maybe sa inyung gi-post?

Btw, karon ra mo nag post sa inyu job offer?
If YES, you'll find newbies or less experienced programmers/developers, nihit ang mga with experience karon, kay hapit na biya 13th month.. inig december pa siguro mang-apply ang uban.. IMHO..
^^ Some points you might want to consider.

...actually provided the salary on job posts which is 400 AUD per week. Gibutang pud nako sa job post ang specific skills sa among gipangita. We've give it a rest for now though as we can't find the right person yet. We've posted the job offer last month's first and last week.

"Tedious" was the selection part and evaluation process.

Sorry If I may offend you. 400.00 AUD per week is very cheap for a tedious task. If you can offer at 5k AUD a month, I think many experienced programmer would like to take it.

That amount is good for beginners.

No worries, ang tedious kay ang pagpili sa right person nga moapply lage lol. No problem with regards to the salary rate - we can compensate well if karapatdapat itaas ang rate based on the level of their skill which they can actually do. Also, 400AUD per week homebased ni siya sir chris... not sure if there's some sorts of offer nga homebased not including those doing freelance with multiple clients.
